ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, PA. — November 5, 2025 — James Julius, small-business owner, father, and lifelong Western Pennsylvanian, today announced his campaign for State Representative in Pennsylvania’s 45th District, citing the need for steady, practical leadership to make life more affordable and predictable for working families.
“Western Pennsylvania is my home,” Julius said. “I went to school here, got married and started my family here, and built my company here. This community has given me so much — and now I’m running to give back, to fix what’s broken and strengthen what still works.”
Julius framed his campaign around three priorities: Build • Grow • Protect — build good jobs and the infrastructure they depend on, from safer roads to stronger local business districts; grow opportunity through strong schools and real-world skills; and protect safe neighborhoods and taxpayer trust through accountable, no-drama governing.
“Government should help, not hinder — keeping life affordable, predictable, and safe,” Julius said. “That means protecting lifelines like public safety and local infrastructure, cutting the games, and keeping the lights on. I’ll work with anyone to lower costs, support first responders, and give families and small businesses a fair shot.”
“People here work hard, look out for each other, and expect the same from their leaders,” he added. “That’s how I’ve run my business — and that’s how I’ll serve in Harrisburg.”
The campaign will soon post a schedule of local listening sessions and community meet-ups at james4pa.com, where residents can share ideas and priorities directly with James.
